Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I find any prices?
Every project has its own vibe, whether a single or a full album, analog warmth or digital precision, mixing or mastering. Since every process is different, we’ll discuss your needs upfront and create a custom offer that’s transparent, fair, and in tune with your vision.
How long does a mixing/mastering service take?
Timelines depend on your project size and our current sessions. If you’re on a tight schedule or have a set deadline, let us know upfront so we can plan transparently and deliver on time—with room for revisions if needed.
How should I provide my files?
For the best results, provide your projects in original quality as .wav files—without converting or changing bit/sample rate. Remove any loudness tools like limiters, compressors, or EQs on the bus, and leave at least –3 dB (mastering) or –6 dB (mixing) headroom. This gives us the perfect foundation to unlock your mix’s full potential.
Please send your files via a file hoster such as SwissTransfer or WeTransfer to info@hammer-soundlab.com.
